The Mayor enjoys a little bit of fun! With the opening of Hart Village, by the Los Angeles Community Design Center (LACDC), a low income housing community, that gives high architectural design and living to those that are deserving, but maybe not be able to afford such a wonderful place.
Mayor Villaraigosa, enjoys a quick slide to break in the playground of this gem in the heart of Hart Village!
